In 1968 a young freelance insurance investigator was instrumental in repudiating a personal injury claim for a quarter of a million pounds using what was then the 'state of the art' in surveillance photography never used before, namely a cine camera barely bigger than the palm of the hand,the insurance industry sat up and took notice.
